Eligibility
StreakBP is built for players age 12 and up. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian, or your school/program, review these Terms with you.
Using the Services
You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose — running and playing the StreakBP format — and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
Intellectual Property
StreakBP, the StreakBP name, and the StreakBP logo are trademarks of AMLM Enterprises LLC. The Services, including their content, design, and the StreakBP game format, are owned by AMLM Enterprises LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use AMLM Enterprises LLC's trademarks without permission.
Disclaimers
Batting practice and baseball/softball activities carry an inherent risk of injury. The Services are provided "as is," and coaches and programs remain responsible for safely running and supervising any on-field activity, in accordance with their own league, school, or program rules.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMLM Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
